The standard return policy period is 90 days from the date of purchase. There is no return cost and no shipping cost for the customer. There is no restock fee. Return cost and label is paid for by Motor Psycho Sport. All helmets and open box items are returnable as long as they are in the original condition as they were shipped.
Some closeout items are non-returnable and will clearly be marked in red. Currently the SM5 Closeouthelmets are the only ones you can't return due to the low price.
The only other item there are no returns on are E-bikes, Mountain Bikes, Strider Bikes or any kind of bicycle or motorized bicycle. If there is an issue or defect, we will gladly work with the manufacturer to get it corrected, a replacement part sent or have the bike warrantied.
Refunds are issued back to the payment method or source that was used to purchase the item. Refunds are issued upon return and inspection of the return which usually happens with 48 hours of receiving the return.
The first exchange is free and we will gladly exchange an item for a different one without any cost to you. For example if you got a pair of Alpinestars Tech 7 boots in size 11 and you want size 10, we can exchange it. We will have you ship back the 11's and as soon as we get them, the 10's will go out. I keep you informed the entire time and stay in communication via email or text message. If you require a second exchange, the return cost will be paid by you and typically ranges from $10-25.
I'm really easy to work with. I want you to be happy. I don't get 100% positive feedback on Amazon, eBay and Google over 14 years by not doing an excellent job at customer service.
